Phi thơm tỏi với 2 muỗng canh dầu ăn trong chảo, cho 2 muỗng canh tương ớt vào, đảo đều khoảng 30 giây.
Đổ 1 lít nước vào, nấu sôi. Khi nước sôi, cho kim chi cải thảo vào, nấu cùng.
Cho nấm kim chi, nấm đông cô, nấm linh chi trắng vào. Nêm gia vị 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh đường trắng, 1 muỗng cà phê hạt nêm chay cho vừa ăn, nấu sôi là được.
Cuối cùng, cho đậu hũ non, thịt nguội vào, nấu thêm 5 phút.
