I worked at bby and if the package doesn't arrive we're advised to tell customer to call the courier(top 3) but then some customers don't like to call bc those couriers are hard to get by(as per customer) and that they ordered the item from bby so we must call them. so we're stuck with repetitive solution(not really a solution but advice) and an angry customer :(.. Angry customer = negative survey = no work T_T

I always wondered how did Amazon know what I was thinking (inside my head) of buying before I searched it. Then there's Google, I was describing to friends about a movie I'd seen (didn't mention the title, just the lead actor) , and to settle the arguement, we decided to Google it on our phones & before we typed anything, there it was: the movie title.

in Estonia: DPD - will call you to deliver the package gently into your hands SmartPOST - will send an SMS or both SMS and email about the package waiting in your chosen automat. Omniva courier - will drive behind your gate and beep until someone turns up. Also Omniva - sends a piece of paper into my mailbox on the arrival of package, despite me giving my phone nr and email address when ordering the item.. I don't order during Christmas. Too busy traffic.
